The MEDITERRANEAN YACHT BROKERS ASSOCIATION principal objectives are

To maintain and promote a high standard of business ethics.
To maintain and promote professional rules and skills.
To produce standardised legal contracts for worldwide use throughout the industry.
To encourage professional exchanges and communications on all matters of common interest by regular meetings between members.
To maintain and encourage professional relations with a view to defining a structure of rules for reciprocal collaboration.
To mediate impartially or act as arbitrator in disputes between members or between members and other parties.
To appoint an arbitrator for disputes between members or between members and other parties.
To support other professional associations and encourage them to apply and develop regulations and safety standards with regard to yachts and the yachting industry
