Contracts  BCR uses standard, industry approved contracts such as MYBA or standard shipping contracts, which can be in the language of your choice. We can talk you through the legal side of buying or selling a yacht, advising you in plain language at all stages. However, special requirements for your contract can also be
incorporated.
Because you are our client, BCR looks after your interests - we do not
work for both the buyer and the seller.
We have the financial and legal resources to handle the most
complicated deal, ensuring any money paid or received is placed in a
neutral account until the contract is fulfilled.
